If you have not registered and paid for your participation before 30th June, 2017, we will not showcase your poster.
The output of your accepted abstract is a Poster. The poster must be a standard size of A0. 841mm (Width) x 1189 mm (Height) The layout must be in Portrait. Please do not produce a Landscape poster. Each poster must clearly indicate Title, Author/s, Affiliation, Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, & Conclusions. Kindly produce and affix a recent headshot (passport sized) of the Author/s at the top right-hand corner of the poster.
Your poster must go up before 0800 Hrs on 10th July, 2017 at the foyer of the ballroom. The poster boards will be set by 0600 Hrs on the same day. You are responsible to hang and remove your posters. You can remove your poster at 1700 Hrs on 11th July, 2017 after the judging have been completed.
As there are 4 categories of posters during the event, it is important that you place your poster in the correct grouping / cluster. It will under General Abstracts : Group A, Group B, MDA Student Case Study Poster Presentation Competition (nominated by institutions) Group C and Malaysian Dietitians’ Day 2016 Group D. A poster desk will be available for information.
